Once a service is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.
Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
Upon order confirmation, we immediately invest time, resources, and third-party costs, including but not limited to:
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram advertising spend)
Website domain purchase and registration costs
Hosting, tools, software, and platform charges
Strategy planning, setup, and execution costs
Creative design and technical development work
These costs are non-recoverable once initiated.
Service Commitment
All services are delivered based on the agreed scope and timelines.
Any revisions or changes will be handled as per the agreed terms.
Dissatisfaction with performance, results, or expectations does not qualify for a refund, as digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors.
Cancellation Policy
Services cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Any request for cancellation after payment will not be eligible for a refund.
